Stocking Stuffers - Get Lush

For me the hardest part about Christmas Shopping is the stocking stuffers. I hate to fill it with nothing but candy or dollar tree junk but I don't want to go broke either. It's can be really difficult to find items that are the right size, price, and still appeal to the stocking's owner. When I found Lush I was so excited by the huge variety of affordable options for our holiday stockings! Although most kids wouldn't be too excited about soap in the stocking - Lush has somehow created bathing products that will have your munchkins begging to get clean.
This has got to be the coolest soap I have ever used. The Shower Jellies from Lush are just the type of thing that makes bathing fun! It's like washing off with jello. Plus the Shower Jellies can be stored in your fridge or freezer and then when you take them out to use in the shower - it is invigorating! It is made with nutritious seaweed gel and can be used on both your body & your hair. We tried out the Big Calm Shower Jelly ($5.80) and my 3 year old thought it was the most fascinating soap he had ever laid eyes on. I loved the moisturizing effect it had on my skin & the delightful tropical drink scent that left me dreaming of a vacation.
The Let Them Eat Cake Vegan Lip Balm ($8.95) balm is amazing. It not only smells like cake but does an excellent job of healing cracked lips. Every winter I struggle to keep my lips looking anything but devoid of moisture and the majority of lip balms have not worked well for me. This lip balm does it all - it's long lasting, smells delicious, non-sticky, and has a subtle but effective shine factor. It even has a sprinkle of cinnamon in it that helps to add a touch of color & plumpness to your lips. I for one would be very happy to get some of this in my stocking!
What child doesn't like bubble baths? Or woman for that matter? For me there is nothing better than getting 30 minutes in a bubble filled tub with a magazine & a glass of wine. If only this fit into my schedule more....I would be such a relaxed woman. The Frothy the Snowman Bubble Bar can go a long way in creating an amazing bubble experience. All you do is crumble the bar under running water to create a bubble filled tub. Lush's one of a kind Bubble Bar's contain no environment damaging preservatives or harsh surfactants - so they won't irritate your skin at all, only pamper. Frothy the Snowman has showed up just in time to be the perfect addition to any one's holiday stocking! This adorable bubble bar smells like delicious vanilla, orange, & sandalwood. Did you know that vanilla brings a sense of reassurance? Or that orange calms nerves & soothes aches? What about how sandalwood encourages relaxation? This combination is incredibly luxurious - trust me - I was lucky enough to try it. This would also make a really good gift for teachers or room moms!
One last stocking stuffer suggestion are the Icky Baby Bath Bombs(available in angel or devil). These are made with the best interests of your child. They are a little smaller than regular size bath bombs and they contain less fragrance. These two bath bombs are made with calming essential oils like vanilla, sandalwood, and chamomile. This is a perfect way to help your child wind down & get relaxed before bed. My son loves to drop the bath bomb into his full bath and watch it fizz around him! He still has no idea that this fun item actually makes him feel a little more relaxed and ready for bed. This is a gift that keeps on giving! Make sure to visit Lush today to see all of the great stocking stuffer options...I have barely made a dent in the huge choice selection available!Best Blogger Tips

One thing to keep in mind is to be careful of putting soap or anything perfumed in the same stocking as chocolate. Oh, it's not harmful -- but soap-scented chocolate doesn't taste very good! ;-) I got some very soapy-tasting Hershey's Kisses one year! Now it's a joke in my family -- I've warned them so many times that they make fun of me for it!

Happy Holidays!
