A toy that actually keeps his interest

The IPlay Sights and Sounds Splash Table has taken up permanent residence in my kitchen. Fortunately it isn't as messy as it looks to be. This cute little table doesn't require much water to be fun. Connor has played with this every chance he has gotten since it arrived. He loves driving the boats under the bridge and lifting the box with the magnetic crane. This water table is fun. It lights up, makes sounds, and creates it's own fountain.

Depending on which part of the Sights and Sounds Splash Table you push, you will get a different reaction. Pushing the top of the lighthouse will cause lighthouse sounds, the lighthouse to light up and the octopus to put out a water show. The Palm tree becomes a rotating spinwheel when you pour water into it. You can take the turtle off and turn it upside down to use as a water scoop. When you press the gas pump it makes pump sounds and plays a tune or two. The crane will make cranking and lifting noises.

I got the biggest kick out of the look on Connor's face when the octopus first squirted water everywhere. You can kind of see his expression on the video. My favorite thing about the Sights and Sounds Splash Table is the ability it has to entertain Connor for hours. Having this table in my kitchen has made it possible to wash dishes, cook dinner, even clean and all of this without a bored toddler tugging on my sleeve. Check out our video to see it in action:
