I am not much of a fitness buff but I could actually do this video. Usually workout DVD's leave me standing around scratching my head as I try to figure out where they lost me. Let's just say coordination is not my strong point. The directions on Lullaby Exercises are so clear that even I could do it! Although the moves are pretty simple - don't let it fool you - it burns! It will whip your butt into shape.
My 2 month old son loves this DVD. He has the best time dancing around in my arms. We have been doing Lullaby Exercises for a week now and he has fallen asleep 5 out of the 7 mornings. The techniques I learned through the DVD have taught me a way to exercise and relax my baby before he goes off to bed. Lullaby Exercises also comes with a CD containing all the beautiful music composed by Lisa Phoenix.
