As the mother of a preschooler, I can attest that teaching them phonics can be tough. I have no idea how to really explain to them the wonders of silent e's, long vowels, and the "B" sound. Even though he is learning a great deal at school - I would really like to be able to help him progress at home and do it in a way that makes learning fun. This sounds so shallow, but I love the designs the best. They're quirky and fun, but of course I like that they help kids sound out the letters.
