Learning values can be fun!

Teaching your kids good values like manners, sharing, and listening can be a lot to handle, at least it is for me. My son is more than happy to say "please" and "thank-you" but listening and sharing his toys are not his forte. Noodleboro has created some sneaky ways to help teach your child some values and it has done so by disguising them in the form of fun games! Will the games magically transform your little one into the perfect angel - um, no way, no part of parenting is that easy - but they do give you a headstart in the right direction. They also supply you with a good learning tool and a reference guide for you child. When Connor doesn't want to share his toys I can say "remember how when we play the fun park game and you share your stars so that we can win? Isn't that fun? See sharing can be fun!". Does this stop the fight over the dump truck? Sometimes it does but don't expect a miracle - kids will be kids.
What I can guarantee you about the great games from Noodleboro is that your family will have fun spending time together playing them. I also think it's nice that there are games available to your children that aren't about taking over the world or getting the most money. These games are about teamwork, sharing, listening, and having good manners. In my book - thats the kind of thing I want in my young child's developing mind. We had a great time playing the Learning to Share Fun Park game. You get to win fair style prizes by doing things like balancing a ball down the log flume or guessing the color the wheel will land on. While my 3 year old didn't completely grasp the rules of the game (he wanted it to always be his turn) he had lots of fun playing and quickly caught on the the idea of sharing his stars with his family.

You can also get fun games from Noodleboro like the Learning to Listen Pizza Palace (where children have to listen to pizza orders and then make the pizza as the customer desired) and the Learning Manners Picnic Basket (where children must remember to say "please" and "thank you" to prevent the hungry ants from taking over their picnic). Visit Noodleboro today to see demos of these great games and to pick up some for a fun holiday gift for your family!Best Blogger Tips

I think I'm going to be looking at the Noodleboro stuff this Christmas. My girls are always looking for more games and fun things for us to do together as a family.
