False Eyelashes that are actually easy to apply

I absolutely love the look of lush, full, and typically false eyelashes. Every time there is a special occasion and an opportunity to dress up - I buy a pair with the intentions of wearing them. It rarely works out the way I expected. I must be eyelash challenged but 8 out of 10 times - I cannot get the eyelashes on correctly and I give up. It's very frustrating for me.

I was really excited when I heard about an easier alternative from Kiss. Their new Premium Eyelashes have a red applicator string that allows you to easily apply them to the lash line and to keep your fingers free from sticky glue. Basically all you have to do is place some of the Kiss latex free eyelash adhesive (it dries clear) along the lash band and wait about 30-60 seconds for it to become slightly tacky. Then you hold the strings and use them to place the eyelashes onto your lash line. Keep it held firmly in place until it is tightly adhered and then gently pull the string away. It's pretty easy to get the red strings off of the eyelashes once they are applied. I was really impressed with how easy this method was for even one as eyelash challenged as myself.

There were only 2 issues I had with the product. While you can reuse the lashes - you can't really reattach the strings - so it's basically only easy to apply the first time. Yet with a price like $3.99, I would just as soon by a new pair for each use. I guess my biggest issue was that the lashes were a little wider than my lash line and typically with false eyelashes you simply trim them to fit. You can still trim these lashes but you are going to lose one of those handy red applicator strings in the process. I still found them easier to apply even with only one string but I wish there was a way to trim them without having to sacrifice one of the most helpful features.

You can pick up your own pair and see how much easier this whole process can be from most local drug stores - like CVS, Walgreens, and also Walmart. They average about $3.99 and come in 9 different styles. You can also save $1.00 off with the coupon on the bottom of the Kiss eyelash website here.

Simply Stated: If you like the look of false eyelashes but struggle as I do with the application aspect - these are by far the easiest I've found to apply. Add in how affordable they are and every gal's lashes deserves a chance to wear them.

Special thanks to Kiss for providing samples for review purposes.
