Great Gifts - Earthlust

Earthlust has a fantastic selection of stainless steel bottles. I love the unique & fresh custom designs that they have to chose from. All of the bottles available at Earthlust use non-toxic pants and BPA free caps. They are also available in 3 different sizes. When you purchase a bottle from Earthlust you help to eliminate waste and you can breathe easy knowing you are not drinking any harmful chemicals. These would make perfect gifts for anyone on your shopping list. The hardest part now is deciding design to pick. I am partial to the Peacock but then again I also love the Flower, the Owl, and the Tree..... See them all for yourself by visiting Earthlust today!

You can enter to win a stainless steel water bottle in the design of your choosing from Earthlust! To enter to win you must answer 2 questions.... - 1) Which design would you choose (and choose carefully because should you win you will get that design) and 2) Give me your best cheap idea for a date night (I need some ideas...thanks for the help!). The deadline to enter is January 31st at midnight EST. As always you can double your winning chances by subscribing to Now What Baby.

I'm an email subscriber and forgot to comment on idea for a cheap date.

I think the cheapest and most fun date I've ever been on consisted of Nabs and Soda after and afternoon of playing Frisbee golf at a local park.

I really love the Poppy design - beautiful! And for date night - we get groceries! We need them already, so we don't have to spend extra money!

lizzykristine said...

I really like the green parsley in 20oz, tho' the silver parsley would be a close runner up. :)

I finally figured out that what you pay for in a date out is to be distraction-free. For us it isn't about the food; it is the no-phone, no-internet, no-chores, etc, ability to focus on each other. The cheapest way we've found to do this is ordering large cups of tea at a bookstore (cost ~$3 total) and then sitting and talking for an hour. Very frugal! :)

Heather said...

1. The Poppy bottle (oops wrote poopy and had to fix it!)
2. I just had my 4th baby so a date night hasn't happened in awhile, we get the kids to bed early and have a movie and dessert.

As for a cheap date night, my hubby and I like to go walk around a bookstore, buy a coffee, grab a book or magazine and read together. We have spent $5-6 on that date many times!

Jae Dee said...

I like the 1 liter Tree design.

My favorite cheap date idea is packing a nice but easy to eat finger food meal. Hopping in the car and driving around reminiscing about places and times spent there. Then spontaneously picking one of those spots for a picnic. I think this date is so appealing because I live in scenic San Francisco. =)

Scott Franson Photography said...

I really like green parsley. My hubby and I love to pack a picnic dinner and go sit down by the lake. We get to talk, enjoy nature and get some fresh air.

We also use a lot of the $ menus at fast food and then go the park to eat it.

I love the green parsley! As for a cheap date night: go out and watch the stars. You can get a book on constellations from the library or look up stuff to see on the internet and bring a thermos with your favorite warm beverage. I'd get the 13 oz. owl! Very cute. Also, a cheap date night idea, is to have chinese food. Whoa, you're saying hey, chinese is expensive where I live. BUT, if you plan ahead, you can go at lunch and get 2 combo meals for under $10. They come with lots of sides (rice, soup, egg rolls) and a decent portion of meat or veggies (whatever floats your boat).

I have a cute set from pottery barn of chinese containers in porcelain or you could get the ones from michaels or other local craft place in cardboard that are festive, romantic, etc

With a movie from the library and some home brewed coffee and homemade cupcakes, it's a cheap date night for under $15!

Love the 20 oz Dragonfly bottle -- such a cool and stylish design!

Most of my dates are either cheap or free, since I'm a poor grad student, so I opt for free symphony or jazz concerts in the park, movie or game nights at home, or, if I'm feeling more creative, planning a surprise picnic or "scavenger hunt" around the city to go to some low-cost or unique locations on the date.

Thanks for the giveaway!

I like the 20 oz. purple flower design.

Cheap date night? Once it gets warmer, I like to do a cheese and wine picnic while we watch the sunset.

20 oz. peacock. A good cheap date night would be to cook dinner together then to rent a movie from the library (free!). Or go on a walk around the neighborhood and use all your senses. cookiecutter72 at hotmail dot com

My favorite one is the one with the trees on it.

Cheap date night idea would be a candle-light picnic inside (because it's so cold lately) and then some romantic movie, with or course some scrumptious dessert. That sounds pretty good. Maybe I'll do that too.

Thanks for the chance to win. daphne10171 (at) yahoo (dot) com

My favorite is the butterfly.

As far as date night goes, a quiet house, a movie and a cheap bottle of wine can't be beat!

1L tree - beautiful!
for a cheap date night, rent a movie (could be for free from the library) and cuddle on the couch with popcorn

I want the 20 oz poppy. It's so cute!

1. I like the dragonfly design

2. Pack a picnic and go to the park. Take a walk before or after eating. If it's cold stay home and eat your picnic inside then watch a rented or netflix instant watch movie.

1) love the 20oz bottle in flower
2) cheapest and most fun dates for us are theme dates. For example: rent a french film like "Ameilie" and serve cheap yet wonderful brie and pre-made creme brulee from Trader Joe's. Kiss everytime someone says "oui"

I'd have to say that Peacock is my fave design :)

Cheap date night: Browse a tourist spot :) Here in Iowa we have the Amana Colonies. Very historic, and full of uniquie ships and delicious food and wine to sample :) You can have fun just looking around and fill up on free samples :D So, if you have a place like that near you, that'd be a place to go :)

I think I like the poppy's design the best!

And our cheap sate night usually consists of homemade pizza and a couple 2 for 1 movies from the video store. A date night in - but a date night!

I really like the 20 oz poppy but the silver green parsley is a close second. For a cheap date my husband and I like to cook dinner together and then play a game like Monopoly or a card game. Seems silly but we love to interact and we always end up laughing.

Love the 20 oz flower design. Gorgeous. Get a bottle of wine and head to the bathroom for a nice bath or shower together. Get the bathroom all steamy.:)

I love the 20 oz green paisley. For a cheap date night, go for a walk, especially if you have a downtown or historic area.

My fave is the tree design. It makes me think of nature. A good idea for a cheap date night is to make a good home cooked meal at home and then go out for a movie. or where I live you can go look through the big telescopes for free or go to the planetarium for free. Thanks, Godesseablu@msn.com

One of our favorite cheap dates is going to a bookstore and looking around and having a coffee together, if we have a little extra money I like to buy him his favorite magazine (MacLife) and he usually gets me a crafty one!

I love the 20 oz Poppy. It is just plain gorgeous!

Cheap date night. Well you can go several ways.

Cheapest...My husband and I will watch a movie we already have that we love at home and make popcorn, nachos, and any other snacky foods that we have on hand. We move the coffee table and lay out a blanket and enjoy the show.

Cheap and outside...we gather up again snack foods and what we have on hand and pack it in a picnic basket (this we can do because we have the picnic basket), take the goodies to the park and enjoy some time together and a good book.

Bowling is also a fairly inexpensive night. I sware we are always finding coupons for free bowling.

Thanks for the giveaway!

I like the 1L tree. For cheap dates I like to use different points programs to redeem for gift certificates. That way I can often use them to go out for a free dinner and a movie. All we need to pay for is the gas. Thanks for the chance.

When my husband and I were dating, one of our cheap fun dates would start with a bike ride, progress to a picnic and then end with a swim in the lake.

1) Green Parsley
2) I'm a big fan of going for a walk in the park, but if it's cold out, I'd rather just use candlight and music (Josh Groban,of course) and a nice homemade dinner, then snuggling.

I'm already a subscriber.

1. I like the 1L tree.
2. My husband and I don't get to go to the movies very much since we have two little ones, but I consider that a cheap date. We have an Entertainment Book so it costs $12 for the both of us and I usually sneak in some snacks and drinks. There are also some dollar theaters around here that play older movies too! My favorite thing, a nearby community does movies in the park for free in the summer. You can bring whatever food you like, so we pack a picnic and even though there are other people there, we just ignore them. :) Thanks for the chance to win!
