I think that the holiday season is the perfect time to shine with sparkle. I love to see glittering eyes & smiles at all of the fun holiday parties! NYX Cosmetics has one of the best collections of glitter makeup I have ever come across! The Diamond Sparkle Lipstick ($5) is available in 24 hard to choose from shades and will make your lips sparkle from every angle. It's not an over the top glow but a beautiful, subtle shimmer that will make your smile glow. I loved the Sparkling Apricot shade! The Sheer Gloss ($5) is super easy to apply because of the soft brush applicator. This gloss leaves you with a beautiful shine and no sticky lips! The sheer shine combined with color is perfect to wear alone or to layer over lipstick. It is also available in 24 shades but my personal favorite was Brilliant - it has just enough pink to give me a rosy smile that looked sweet & effortless.

Another must try product is the Chrome Eye Shadow ($5). I was thrilled with this eye shadow! It made my eyes look alive. It lasted all day and the color was beautiful & dramatic. These shades are perfect for creating a stand out eye. They have 60 shades to choose from - so - thank goodness for the amazing prices. I would never be able to choose just one but I did narrow it down to my top 3 - Antique, Queen, and Chaotic. Truly this eyeshadow is amazing!

Now for the perfect holiday eyes - the Candy Glitter Liner ($4) will give you a head start in that direction. I was very impressed with the liner - it was my favorite product that I tried from NYX Cosmetics. It works just as good, if not better than the pricey glitter eyeliners. It stays on and it is very easy to apply. There are 18 great color options and I had a horrible time picking my favorites because they were all so great! In the end my top picks are the Jade & Gold. I decided on Jade because I thought it was a fitting color to outline your eyes for the holidays and I picked Gold because it could work for anything. The Glitter Mania Jumbo Pencil ($3) is awesome for giving your lids a dewy glow. The pencil does not add color to your eyes - it adds simply glitter in the color of the pencil. So don't think that because you choose bright green your whole lid will look like it glows in the dark - it will instead have fun & not too much bright green sparkles to it. Last on my holiday glitter eye recommendations - the Glitter Cream Pallet ($5). You have 6 pallets to choose from and they are all fabulous! Each pallet has 5 shades inside plus 2 applicators. You can use the cream glitter anywhere you want including your eyes, cheeks, and lips! Honestly - I really like all the pallet options but if I must choose a favorite it would have to be the Ice Queen.
